Improideas offer tours and experiences designed as an all-inclusive service to you. In this sense, please see any tour/experience in our web, where you will find services included and non-included in any of them. In addition, during the reservation process you will receive all additional details you may need to assure that you will be delighted with the tour you have chosen. All our prices include management fees, local taxes and VAT.

Cancellations must be notified to Spain for Gourmets in a written way by the e-mail, we have used through the reservation process with you. This cancellation will be effective only when we receive such written notice. Cancellations fees apply as follows:

-Cancellations with more than 30 days before the tour/experience starts, the deposit or any other payment will be fully returned.

-Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before starting date, we will return 50% of all payments you may have done.

-Cancellations with less than 15 days before starting date, there will be no return of any payments you may have done.

Pending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellations charges from the insurance company, in case you have subscribed this specific coverage.

If you want to change the dates or any service included in your tour, Spain for Gourmets will try to meet your requests. However, it may generate additional costs as result of these changes, as you know hotels and transport providers can generate that extra fees. An administration fee of 50 € per persons will be also charged by us, when these changes may happen within the previous 15 days to the starting date.

Once you have accepted our travel/experience quote Improideas will formulate a contract including clauses and characteristics of the offer you have accepted.

You will be informed, in advance of the services included in the contract, the content of the contractual clauses and will receive a copy of it, once it has been formalized.

The description of the combined trip communicated by Improideas, as well as its price and all other conditions applicable to the contract must be true and verifiable in the terms established in articles 18 and 60, of the above mentioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Improideas will provide, in writing or in any other form in which it is recorded and with the necessary time before the beginning of your tour, the time table and places, as well as the indication of the category of hotels and restaurants, and f transport that will be used.

During your relationship with Spain for Gourmets for any of our tours or experiences, you will be always attended by one of our guides or experts. They will manage for you any simple schedule change, restaurant reservation or an extra service you may need at any time. This is one of the key service issue that differentiate us from other travel agencies and will assure that you are delighted all the time you are with us.

If because of exceptional circumstances we were required to cancel your tour/experience, Improideas will offer a suitable or even better alternative to you. In case it´s not acceptable for you, we will return any payment you may have done.

In case we need to modify any hotel or restaurant because of unforeseen reasons, Improideas will substitute them with equivalent ones in terms of category and quality levels. If change is related to the itinerary or any other relevant issue, we will notify you as soon as possible, and if the change is unacceptable for you, we will make a partial refund to compensate that issue.

In case that relevant changes are foreseen and communicated to you before the starting date you can cancel your reservation, with a fully return of your payment.

In case of force majeure reasons or events. Such events include, strikes, war or threat of wars, terrorist actions, fire, floods, earthquakes or similar events out of our control or from our suppliers, we will try to offer the best options and alternatives.

We will do our best effort to provide the top and exclusive services that are included in our offering, though we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of providers and third parties involved in the tour services. We cannot be responsible for events that are beyond our control, when there has been no negligence on our part.

In any case we will not be liable for indirect or indirect losses, including loss or opportunity profits. Our liability is up to a maximum value equivalent to the payment you have done to us. That limitation does not apply in case of injuries as result of our negligence or that of our employees.

We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or additional costs due to force majeure reasons or events. Such events include, strikes, war or threat of wars, terrorist actions, fire, floods, earthquakes or similar events out of our control or from our suppliers.

Though we do not expect any unsatisfactory situation, in case you are not completely satisfied, please let it know to our guides and experts on permanent contact with you, in order to solve it as soon as possible. In case that the problem has not been solved, write to us in the next days and we will try to solve or compensate the matter.

Improideas has a Travel Assistance Insurance covering our clients for all their trips. A cancellation insurance and additional risk coverage will be made available to customers who may, at their discretion, hire them.

These General Conditions and Provisions will be in force until they are replaced by new ones.

In case of disputes, the laws and jurisdiction applicable to any matter arising from your relationship with Improideas are subject to Spanish laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
