Our Spain for Gourmets team has prepared some private and exclusive tours throughout Spain´s key regions and sites for you, but we can customize it all if you wish. So, if you let us know what your needs, wishes and expectations are, we will be able to come up with the best holiday in Spain for you and your family and friends. Tell us all about yourself, your hobbies, your likes, dislikes…
Once you have contacted us, we will provide you a quote which will be valid for up to 15 days from the date it is sent. In this sense, please note that our costs are merely informative as all services have to be confirmed at the time of the booking. That happens when confirmation is sent by means of a deposit.
Hotel availability and prices cannot be guaranteed until bookings are made and may not be fully protected at the time the quote is provided.
In order to be able to guarantee the quality of all of the services included, we recommend bookings be made at least 30 days prior to the tour starting date. Please also note that any services confirmed less than 15 days prior to the starting date may require some flexibility with regard to the dates, times and proposed content.
From time to time, local authorities may limit the access to major monuments without prior notice, due to security reasons or the number of visitors at any given time. In such events, we will try to substitute the visit or conduct it by explaining it without going inside.
In general terms, a booking can be considered as secured and confirmed once a deposit has been made which covers 50% of the total cost of the tour. The remaining 50% should be paid 15 days before the tour’s starting date.
If bookings are made within 30 days from the tour starting date, full payment is required in order to secure and confirm a booking.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or Wire Transfer. Credit Cards accepted by Spain for Gourmets are American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge any supplement for credit card payments.
With a view to meeting your personal requirements, you will be sent more detailed information about the tour during the reservation process, whenever necessary, (such as special meals, mobility restrictions…) in addition to receiving the full content of the tour that you will enjoy.
Following this, you will be e-mailed the Final Itinerary Documentation some, 15 days prior to the tour starting date which contains, all the details and contact information with Spain for Gourmets as well as some useful trip information and tips.
We are also happy to organize car rentals for you or see to restaurant or national transport reservations, but please note that for certain services your credit card may be required in order to guarantee the service. Also, in case of cancellation some services may apply a cancellation change or fee. In any case, we will keep you informed about the process and costs involved.
You will be accoompanied by one of our guides or experts on any and all of the tours or experiences you have with Spain for Gourmets. They will take care of any simple schedule changes, restaurant reservations or extra services you may need at any time. This is one of the key service factors that sets us apart from other travel agencies and ensures that you are delighted with the experience the whole time you are with us.
