Elaborated with Malvar and Moscatel varieties of Petit Grain that after fermentation in deposit and elimination of the coarse ones, it goes into French oak barrels where it remains for 1 month in contact with its fine lees in constant suspension that transfers stability, structure and complexity.
Tasting notes:
On the nose the aromas are intense, clean and reminiscent of the muscatel grape and tropical fruits and citrus fruits (green lemon peel and grapefruit) on a soft background of balsamic plants (thyme, oregano, mint …).
The palate is smooth, easy to move, and with an elegant freshness, the aftertaste is prolonged.
