Tasting notes

Straw yellow with lemon edging. Closed, fresh, flint, lemon, unripe quince, grapefruit, hard to show its fruit side. The entry in the mouth disappears because of its discretion, it fills the mouth, good volume and in its step the intensity grows exponentially until it explodes at the end of its journey, all within a good balance, leaving a slightly saline, persistent finish.

Gastronomic wine that perfectly reflects its origin and production, very powerful in the mouth and compact. A good godello long journey and life ahead.
