Vineyard: Organic viticulture.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo white, indigenous minority variety, authorized by the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin in 2008.
Vineyard: Vineyard planted 10 years ago.
Soil: Vineyard planted at a height of 565 meters above sea level in terraces of southern exposure in the Najerilla Valley, with clay-calcareous soils of pebbles.
Elaboration: After de-stemming, the grapes are transferred to a small manual vertical press. Subsequently, a static racking is carried out, ending the fermentation at 18º C in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Young wine, without aging.

Tasting notes:
