Wine made with selected grapes of the Malvasia variety. Macerated in small volume conical tanks made of stainless steel with controlled temperature. Its graduation is 13 °.
Organoleptic analysis tasting
Visual phase: pale straw yellow colour with golden reflections very clean and bright.
Olfactory phase: It presents fresh fruits such as pear, apple, grapefruit followed by notes of orange blossom.
Gustatory phase: the fruit remains with an easy and pleasant passage freshness with an unctuous and easy to drink path.
Serving temperature 8 degrees.
