Explosive expression of our red grapes. Own vineyard with more than 70 years. We bet on a high-quality rosé. Deep and very careful selection in the vineyard, whose production does not exceed 1200 kg / ha.

Elaboration by the method of direct bleeding after a cold maceration of the must with the skins of 1 day.

Fermentation at 12ºC for 30 days with subsequent aging of 4 months on its own lees.
