TYPE: “Joven” (Young) Rosé wine
Variety: 100% Garnacha
Vineyard: Located on heights of 400 to 600 meters altitude on slopes facing east, on calcareous clay soils.
Elaboration: Elaborated with grapes of the Garnacha variety, by the traditional method of bleeding after a maceration with the skins of 24 to 48 hours at low temperatures.
Tasting notes: The result is a young wine, with an intense raspberry colour. On the nose we find red fruits, currant and raspberry that intermingle with the freshness of floral and acid notes. The palate is fresh, tasty long journey leaving a pleasant sensation of red fruit.
Consumption temperature: 8-10º C
