100% Tempranillo (Country Ink grape)
TYPE: Red Wine Limited Edition, which expresses the essence of our land, the Ribera del Duero, concentrated, very powerful,
kind and silky, thought with a single objective: “Enjoy the Moment”.
Made from our own vineyards with ages between 40 and 60 years, with an exceptional maturation of the grape.
Fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC for 8 days and with a maceration of 15 days.
Aging in new American and French oak barrels for 10 months, carrying out periodic battonage. A very aromatic broth of intense red garnet colour with aromas of wild blackberry berries accompanied by spicy notes (vanilla, cinnamon).
