D.O. La Mancha wine, tempranillo variety, with an alcoholic degree between 13º and 14,5º depending on the vintage.
Tasting notes: Of intense colour, with a high layer of cherry colour and certain violet tones.
With a medium / high aromatic intensity, remembering the grape variety from which it comes, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and a certain memory of roses.
With a smooth, silky, round palate and a very balanced acidity.
Serve between 14º and 16º, accompanying red meats, cured cheeses, spicy and forceful foods.
