Roble Red wine consisting of 3 varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah), 14% vol. alcohol, and 16 months aging in oak and bottle (hence its name, PI = 3.1416).
Tasting notes: Expressive cherry and intense wine, with aromas that remind us of black fruits, and vanilla. The palate is an elegant and well-structured wine, with a persistent aftertaste with memories of coconut.
Pairing: Appetizers, meats, sausages, cheeses.
In short Torivín Pí is a “round” wine, which will not leave anyone indifferent.
