GRAPES VARIETIES: 100% Petit Verdot
VINIFICATION: The fermentation takes place in a period of 7 to 10 days, not exceeding the temperature of 24/28 ºC, the wine remains in contact with the skins in maceration, for a period between 2 and 4 days.
TASTING NOTES: Intense garnet colour with purple trim. On the nose, the intensity of fruity aromas, red fruit and candied black stand out. Powerful and very nice. The palate is very fruity, fresh, soft, glyceryl and fleshy. Sweet tannins with balanced acidity and seductive tactile sensations.
PAIRING: Roasted sirloin, stewed meat, roast chicken, dry rice dishes, stews, legumes, cheeses of short and medium curing.
CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION: The appropriate temperature of consumption of this wine should be between 14 and 16ºC. In its conservation it is important that the temperature is constant around 17ºC, avoiding thermal jumps that negatively influence the quality.
