Made with 100% Fine Tinta grape with a production of 100,000 bottles.
Vineyards over 18 years old trellised
Approximate production 4.000 Kg. Per hectare.
Cluster thinning is done so that the maturation and degree are optimal.
Vintage by hand and careful selection of bunches.
The controlled fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 20,000 litres.
Barrel aging: 70% American oak and 30% French oak for 4 months.
Natural clarification aging and cold winter.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry red colour, intense with purple touches, very glyceryl high layer.
On the nose, complex, with good intensity, aromas of ripe black fruit, with floral touches and liquorice. For its short aging, light roasts and minerals.
The palate has good structure, complex, fleshy and balanced with sweet tannins and toasted wood well assembled.
