Type of soil. Argillaceous, calcareous, covered with pebbles, they sit on a plateau with an average altitude of 700 meters.

The controlled fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 15,000 litres.

Barrel aging: 60% American oak and 40% French oak, with a medium toasted.

15 months of barrel aging, natural clarification during aging.

2 months in deposit to assemble the aromas before bottling. Minimum rest of 8 months in bottle before going to market. With a production of about 20,000 bottles a year.

TASTING NOTES

Red cherry colour, with ruby ​​trim, clean and bright top coat.

The nose is complex, with good intensity, ripe black fruit aromas, liquorice, toffee spices and mineral specks.

The palate has good structure, complex, fleshy and balanced with sweet tannins and toasted wood well assembled.
