VINIFICATION: Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in the tank and subsequent passage through French and American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Intense and intense cherry red wine. Powerful nose, clean and complex fruity aromas highlight very attractive with touches of ripe fruit and memories of new wood. Well constituted in the mouth, good structure, alive and tasty, with body, balanced, with a pleasant passage through the mouth and very good persistence.
