TYPE: “Roble” (Oak) Red wine
GRAPE VARIETIES: Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Syrah.
FERMENTATION: 21 days with selected yeast, fermentation temperature: 25ºC. One week of pre-fermentation maceration after passing through “Boreal” at 5ºC. Maceration-fermentation for 2 weeks.
TASTING NOTES: Wine made with varieties Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Syrah. Dark cherry colour, alive. High aromatic intensity. Conjugating ripe fruit with toasted, vanilla and coconut resulting from its passage through American oak. The palate is fresh and unctuous, with smooth and polished tannins, with delicious fruit notes. Complex and elegant with a long and balanced finish
PAIRING: Ideal wine for roasted La Mancha lamb, stews, all kinds of cheeses and red meats.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Store at a constant temperature below 16ºC.
Humidity of 70-75% and darkness.
Service temperature: 18ºC.
