Toro Red grape vines of at least 20 years, has remained in French and American oak barrels for six months to achieve greater longevity without losing freshness and joy.
TASTING NOTES
Garnet red very covered with a youthful clean purple trim. Medium-high average intensity. There are notes of black and red fruits almost candied, coconut tones, spices and mild balsamic and empyreumatics (toasted).
The palate is dry, with adequate acidity, good constitution, tasty, with slight roughness (note the tannin of the barrel and the fruit), which should improve in the bottle and a somewhat drying finish by the action of the wood but fruit and spiced. Good persistence.
