Manual harvesting in small boxes of 18 kg, de-stemming and filling of tank for cold maceration for 5/6 days, fermentation at controlled temperature (max 21º) and two pumping over a day, post-fermentative maceration for 2 weeks, aging in their lees during no less than a year before bottling, wine not clarified or stabilized.
Tasting notes:
Visual phase: Cherry colour of medium high layer and violet edge.

Olfactory phase: The nose has a ripe red fruit with hints of violet and a spicy and mineral background, with aerated notes of lactic notes that sweeten the sensation of ripe fruit.

Gustatory phase: In the mouth it is intense, with powerful but sweet tannins, the sensation of fruit and spices is very marked, with a long and intense finish
