TYPE: Red wine

Manual grape harvest. Pre-selection of the grapes in the field and winery. Gentle pressed. Cold Maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 14 days. They are devatting off and after the Malolactic Fermentation, they are coupage and go to barrel.

Varieties: 70% Tempranillo and 30% Syrah
Barrel: American oak, 12 months.
Terroir: Slate and shard
Alcohol: 14%
Tasting Notes:
Visual phase: Ruby red with good layer and brick red shades.
Olfactory phase: Aroma that combines touches of liquorice, ripe fruit, raisins, spices, vanilla and coffee.
Gustatory phase: Structures, with a good body. Full-bodied. Memories of ripe berries and liquorice, interwoven with shades of their balanced barrel aging. Long and tasty aftertaste.
Pairing: Pasta, Vegetables and Roasts.
