WINE OF GREAT CHARACTER AND STRUCTURE, WHOSE STEP BY BARRICA GIVES YOU A STATE OF MATURITY THAT GETS TO TUNE YOUR AROMAS AND FLAVOR, GIVING YOU A HARMONY AND ELEGANCE THAT DEFINE IT AS AUTHOR’S WINE.

Elaboration: Artisanal wine, with a selection of grapes made manually, choosing the bunches of small grain, with perfectly ripe rasp. The broth was subjected to a pre-fermentative maceration for 10 days. The total duration of the fermentation process and the maceration was 22 days. Its passage through allier French oak barrels of extra fine grain and soft toast, with wood chosen by our technicians, lasted 12 months, during which the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

Recommended consumption temperature: 16 – 18º C.
