Carabal Gulae, a complex and sophisticated wine.
Tasting notes: Beautiful intense red colour with rims, purples and very high layer. Gourmand aroma of ripe cherry and blackberry. Behind, and little by little, creamy and pastry notes appear. If the nose is good, the best is in the mouth phase. Huge at the entrance, tasty and rich. Great structure, with fruity notes and complexity behind. Unctuous on the palate and with tannins present but sweetened. Great wine that will make great bottle.
His image represents Extremadura cuisine. The label is inspired by the D.O. “Dehesa de Extremadura”. Its name “Gulae” symbolizes regional gastronomy.
General characteristics: Red wine, aged for 15-18 months in French oak barrels and only produced in limited edition the best years of harvest.
