Varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha
Vineyard: Located on heights of 400 to 600 meters altitude on slopes facing east, on calcareous clay soils.
Elaboration: Once the optimum moment of maturation has been determined, the grapes are harvested and the destemmed grapes are picked, undergoing cold pre-maceration. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with gentle and continuous over pumps that allow us to extract the elegant aromas characteristic of the grape in this area.
Tasting Notes: The result is an intense cherry red wine with violet tones. Enveloping nose in which fruity aromas appear like blackberries and red fruits very well assembled with floral aromas. The palate is friendly and it is unfolding through its route, with a very elegant step. Complex and with many nuances.
Consumption temperature: 14-16º C
