TYPE: “Reserva” Red wine
Varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 5% Mazuelo.
Vineyard: Made with our best grapes selected from the highest areas and vineyards of more than 50 years with yields less than 3,000 kilos per hectare.
Elaboration: Each year, depending on the characteristics of the harvest, the wine remains in French oak barrels for the necessary time to achieve the perfect balance between the fruit and the nuances provided by the barrel (minimum 18 months), completing its evolution through a prolonged stay in the bottle for at least 16 months.
Tasting notes: The result of this careful selection and elaboration is a wine with soul, a wine with a characteristic high layer with an attractive dark cherry colour. On the nose appear enveloping aromas of toasted, smoked, spiced in harmony with the black fruits. On the palate it is a friendly entrance, in which the soft and silky tannins are present, making it long and elegant.
Consumption temperature: 16-18º C
