Variety: 100% Garnacha
Vineyard: Strains of more than 50 years located in the millennial term of Aradon to more than 550 meters of altitude where the influence of the Mediterranean and Atlantic climates converges. Cultivated in hillside in shallow soils with low organic matter, which produces low yields per vine, allowing a slow ripening and a great balance in its fruits.
Elaboration: After a continuous follow-up of the maturation to establish the moment of harvest, careful manual harvesting takes place. A film maceration is carried out at the beginning, before fermentation. Later, during the fermentation, gentle overruns are made that allow us to extract the silky and elegant tannin of this variety. Its subsequent aging in new French oak barrels for 8 months rounds off its character and manages to enhance its personality.
Tasting notes: Cherry red, bright and clear. The nose is floral and fruity profile being a fresh and very fragrant wine. Aromas of strawberries and touches of citrus fruits accompany the undergrowth and the fine herbs of the toilet. The spices and soft fragrances of the oak are assembled with the fruit and are wrapped with a mineral touch. The palate is creamy, complex and fun with a delicious tannin that gives it life.
