TYPE: “Crianza” Red wine
Varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 5% Mazuelo
Vineyard: Made with our best grapes selected from our less productive vineyards over 40 years old.
Elaboration: The varieties are vinified separately to obtain all their qualities. Later the coupage is made before resting in American and French oak barrels where it is integrated and assembled with the wood for 14 months and rests a minimum of 7 months in the bottle before going on the market.
Tasting notes: Attractive cherry red colour. Intense in the nose where the captivating aromas of black fruit are interspersed with the spicy and balsamic aromas provided during its aging in barrel. The palate is friendly, it is unfolding in its step, resulting long and unctuous. Fruit notes are repeated well integrated with toasted sensations. End with mineral memories and undergrowth.
Consumption temperature: 16-18º C
