Manual grape harvest in boxes. Pre-selection of the grapes in the Field and in selection table. Picking in boxes. Cold Maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and at controlled temperature (between 25ºC – 28ºC).
Devatting off at 20 days.
Malolactic and stored in new French Oak.Varieties: 100% Garnacha +60 Years Barrel: French Oak, 11 months
Terroir: Slate and shard
Alcohol: 14%
Tasting Notes:
Visual phase: Red Pillory with a High layer.
Olfactory phase: Aroma of cloves, black fruits and roasted coffee. Soft aroma of cherry, sweet and ripe fruit.
Gustatory phase: Smooth, with volume and a pleasant finish, with very balanced tannins and pleasant aftertaste.
Pairing: Suitable for a wide range of culinary possibilities, will accompany cured, stews, game and meats in general.
