Tasting notes:
Attractive strong cherry red colour. The nose features red and black fruits with hints of toffee and coffee. The palate is tasty, with vigorous tannins and well-integrated. Persistent, balsamic and velvety finish. Made exclusively with own vineyards over 30 years old.
Varietal composition: 100% Tempranillo (ink grape of the country)
Aging: 20 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
Maceration: 30 days, at a controlled temperature between 26º – 28º C.
Optimum service temperature: 18 º C.
