Tasting notes:
Attractive cherry red colour. Highlights ripe red fruits, with soft tones of fine wood and toast. It is intense, pleasant and very balanced, where the wood does not remove prominence to the fruit.
Vineyards of origin: Own vineyards, located on slopes facing south, with gravel and clay soil.
Varietal composition: 100% Tempranillo (ink grape of the country)
Maceration: 15 days at controlled temperature less than 28 degrees.
Aging: Aged for 180 days in oak barrels.
Service temperature: 16º C.
