TASTING NOTES:

Intense cherry red colour, with violet tones, well covered. On the nose, ripe fruit aromas, together with artichoke and blond tobacco notes. Also appear minerals and bonbon liquors.

PAIRING: Red meats, game and meat stews.

Serve between 14-16 ºC
