Red wine made with the recovered grape variety Monastel de Rioja.
Aging: 11 months in new barrels of French oak Tronçais of 500 liters capacity.
After de-stemming, the grapes are placed in new 500-liter French oak barrels in which they carry out alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging. The wine remains in the barrels with the lees of fermentation for 11 months.
The Monastel grape is characterized by its colouring capacity, its balsamic nose and its refreshing acidity. Tasty, long, fresh mouth with silky tannins.
