Tasting notes:
Visual phase: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Olfactory phase: fine aromas of green apple and citrus fruits and nuts stand out.
Gustatory phase: plenty of carbon dioxide with fine and persistent bubbles; slow in its evolution clean and frank. Fine and elegant with carbon. Fresh and light with excellent harmony between acidity and sugar and obvious notes of good aging. Long and complex aftertaste.
