Very dark mahogany wine, made from grapes of the Pedro Ximénez variety, previously “sunny”. After its heading and addition of old generous wines, this wine follows a long period of oxidative aging in American oak casks. Elegant on the nose, with spicy and toasted notes. The palate is round, fatty, slightly citrus and very spicy. Intense and clean finish, nothing heavy or bitter. Unique. Out of series.
