1905 OLOROSO SOLERA FOUNDACIONAL
Variety of Grape: 100% Pedro Ximénez.
Aging: In old American oak boots. His old age goes back to the date when the winery was founded.
Tasting notes:
Tone: Dark mahogany. Bright, alive.
Bouquet: Delicate spicy tones reminiscent of vanilla, old oak and cinnamon.
Mouth: Velvety and dry at the same time. Persistent and fragrant, retro nasal.
Service: Ideal temperature between 15º and 18ºC. It is recommended to decant.

It gives up aromas of ginger snaps, orange peel, dried citrus fruits, and spice box. It offers a bare touch of sweetness balanced by firm acidity but ultimately it is not as complex as the Amontillado. ”
