VINEYARDS Grapes from the Valleys of Avia, Arnoia and Miño. Sabrego floors. Vineyards between 10 and 30 years old.
VARIETALS. 100% Treixadura.
VINIFICATION. Manual harvest in boxes of 10 Kgs. Manual selection in cluster vineyard by cluster. 1 day cold at 2ºC. Pressing. Disbalancing Individual vinification by zone, soil and height in 600L barrels,
1200L and 2400L foudres, concrete ovoid deposits and 2000L stainless steel tanks. Slow fermentation between 12ºC and 17ºC. -
