Aging: 8 months in French oak.
Grade: 13.5%
Tasting note:
Intense garnet colour with purple trim. Elegant nose with vanilla and licorice. Memories of ripe black fruit.
Pleasant on the palate, with a well-integrated structure. Good persistence, coffee and toffee flavour, pleasant toasted that does not mask the fruity flavour.
Pairing: Duck, and lamb roasts. Meats with sweet sauces. Spicy cheeses and wedding cake.
With sauces and chocolate desserts.
Recommended service temperature: 14º-16º
