Hosted the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin “Manchego Cheese”.
Made with raw Manchegan sheep milk and with an average maturity of 6 to 8 months.
The rigorous preparation and the family recipe, give this cheese with a yellowish paste, a resounding flavour characteristic of the milk with which it has been made.
Especially recommended for the most demanding palates.
Our Manchego cheese Monte Guerras was awarded internationally in the World Cheese Awards with the Gold medal in 2013 and with the Bronze medal in 2009.
